Definition of Recruitment

Effective Recruitment Process
Here are a few things the recruitment department must do to create an effective recruitment process. :
Conduct diagnoses in terms of time constraints, financial resources, and staff availability, as well as various other factors that will affect the recruitment process.

Describe the work specifications and standards clearly.
Establish individual criteria for positions offered in the recruitment process.
Conduct evaluation and selection on a variety of recruitment sources, so as to get as many candidates as possible at the lowest possible cost.
Develop a recruitment plan that will be carried out.
